While waiting for Mike1986′s ARHD 6.1.6, I decided to switch to MIUI ROM. ARHD comes with HTC Sense 3.0 which I found draining the battery quickly. So, let’s see how MIUI would not as battery hungry as ARHD. I made a backup using ClockworkMod Recovery in case I need to restore back to ARHD. I tried out MIUI and find it is pretty fast. However I found there is no Chinese IME for the version I installed (SCI MIUI 1.11.18v1.0). So I search for keyboards and found the following:
- Perfect Keyboard Free (Market)
- MultiLing Keyboard (AppBrain)
- IceCream Sandwich Keyboard
I think I’ll give ICS a try.
