(Sacramento, CA, USA: February 14, 2011) – The Linux Professional Institute (LPI), the world’s premier Linux certification organization, announced a new initiative to promote Linux training within colleges and universities in Malaysia. This initiative by LPI affiliate, LPI-Asia Pacific (LPI-APAC), will enable post-secondary academic programs in Malaysia to adopt LPI training as part of their regular IT curriculum. LPI-APAC is working with the Department of Higher Education of the Ministry of Higher Education of Malaysia in introducing this program to both private and public educational institutions within Malaysia.

I am planning to give a seminar or training on the topic of how to create a blog soon. I have done a draft of 15 pages slide of powerpoint presentation so far. I have this idea for quite a long time until my MCA Youth Division chairman, Neil Foo suggested me to make it as a function for ICT Bureau. Currently I am the chairman or head of ICT Bureau for Bandar Tun Razak MCA Youth and I have no assistant. I need a team or group of people to help me to orgainize this event. I think I would held the seminar earliest by March 2009. I admit that I am not a good blogger but I hope I could share with the beginners on how I started my blog and observe others’ blog which are available nowadays. Stay tune. 🙂
